Founder & Lead Trainer
HERBERT
STEADMAN
Herbert Steadman began playing soccer at the age of eight in Shreveport, Louisiana, and built his career as a center back and outside back. He played collegiate soccer at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College before continuing his career at the University of Central Arkansas and later competing semi-professionally with the Little Rock Rangers. Herbert holds a USSF D Coaching License and has coached at Arkansas Rush, Arkansas United, Real Arkansas, and Adams County Christian School, where he led the program to a district playoff appearance. After joining the United States Navy, he earned the opportunity to represent the United States Navy Men's Soccer Team while continuing his coaching career. He currently coaches Beach FC U15 Boys, focusing on developing technically skilled, tactically intelligent, and disciplined players. Through Prolific Training, Herbert is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential while building confidence, character, and a lifelong passion for the game.

GOLICH
Christin's lifelong soccer journey—from youth clubs in Hampton Roads to Great Bridge High School and collegiate competition at Chowan University, inspired more than 15 years of coaching and mentoring young athletes. She has also built an accomplished career in education, serving as an elementary teacher, behavioral specialist, school counselor, and reading interventionist across multiple Virginia school districts. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Organizational Leadership, a Master's in School Counseling, and advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis, she combines expertise in education, mentorship, and youth development. Together with her husband Scott and son Mason, Christin founded the nonprofit to ensure every child—especially those in Title I communitieshas access to quality coaching, safe places to play, and opportunities to thrive.

DR. CHARLES
SHANNON
Charles serves as Lead Pastor of Mission Church and Director of Transform & Train Institute, an urban equipping initiative focused on leadership development and community transformation. Holding a Doctor of Missiology, he brings expertise in holistic urban ministry, organizational leadership, youth development, and community engagement. Through mentoring, teaching, and strategic partnerships, he has invested in the spiritual, educational, and social flourishing of individuals and neighborhoods throughout Hampton Roads.
